April 20, 2010 115-117 N. Smith St., Santa Maria, CA A six unit town home style apartment complex was sold in Santa Maria. Pacifica Commercial Realty represented the Buyer, Raycor LLC.
February 18, 2010 Cabrillo Business Park Pacifica Commercial Realty has sold the largest office/R&D facility in Santa Barbara. Mark Mattingly represented FLIR Commercial Vision Systems as well as the Seller, Santa Barbara Realty Holdings LLC, in this 170,000 square foot transaction valued at $29 million.
